Phosphodiester bond

Although oligos are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks, GenePharma recommends storing siRNA solution at -20°C, and repetitive freeze and thawing should be avoided by using aliquots. The recommended storage concentration in solution is above 20 μM. For long-term storage, siRNA oligos should be stored dried.
